Abstract:
A double-row embroidery machine comprises a frame (1), working tables (2) and a motor base (6) which are installed on the frame (1). A spindle motor (601) is installed on the motor base (6). Working tables (2) are provided with embroidery frames (14). A beam (9) is provided on the embroidery frames (14). A front head spindle (15) is provided in the front of the beam (9). A plurality of front row heads (4) are mounted on the front head spindle (15). A rear head spindle (16) is provided on the back of the beam (9), and a plurality of back row heads (5) are mounted on the back head spindle (16). By mounting a row of heads in the front and back sides of the beam which is on the working tables, and by providing power of reverse rotation for the front and back row heads through spindle motor via a power converter box, the front and back row heads are driven respectively, and the two rows of heads of the embroidery machine are always in sync at work. Compared with the existing single row embroidery machine, this double-row embroidery machine use two rows of heads embroidering synchronously, and the efficiency can be improved double.
