Abstract:
Disclosed are a double settlers – based catalytic cracking device and method. The method comprises: successively inputting mashgas, liquefied gas, a naphtha or gasoline fraction, a kerosene fraction and a diesel fraction into a first riser stepwise from low to high; pre-treating wax oil, atmospheric residual oil and residual oil, and then successively inputting same into a second riser stepwise from low to high; and inputting a high-temperature catalyst under the settlement of the first settler into the second riser. As double settlers are used in series, the high-temperature catalyst under the settlement of the first settler is directly used as a reaction catalyst of a second reactor, and the coking rate and the coking amount of the catalyst are flexibly controlled by means of ordered combined feeding, the activity of the catalyst is utilized to the greatest extent, the ratio of basic chemical raw materials such as various low-carbon olefins and aromatic hydrocarbons taken from crude oil is increased, the complete transformation of crude oil from fuel oil production to chemical production is realized, and the conversion of crude oil into various basic chemical raw materials is selectively maximized.
