Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a double-sided adhesive sheet for transfer, said double-sided adhesive sheet being not susceptible to a positional shift of an electronic component even if irradiated with ultraviolet light, thereby being capable of maintaining transfer accuracy. A double-sided adhesive sheet for transfer according to the present invention is obtained by sequentially stacking a first adhesive layer, a base material and a second adhesive layer, in this order; the first adhesive layer is composed of a low-adhesion adhesive layer, while the second adhesive layer is composed of a releasable adhesive layer; and if the first adhesive layer is irradiated with an ultraviolet laser having a wavelength of 248 nm with a beam size of 130 × 105 μm, an output of 100 mJ/cm2, a pulse width of 10 ns and a frequency of 100 Hz, the ratio of the lifting height before irradiation Rz1 to the lifting height after irradiation Rz2, namely (Rz1/Rz2) is from 0.2 to 1,600.
