Abstract:
A double-sided foam printer, comprising a roll unwinding mechanism (1), an A-surface gravure printing mechanism (2), an oven (3), a B-surface gravure printing mechanism (4), and a roll winding mechanism (5). A roll of material to be printed is placed on the roll unwinding mechanism (1). The roll of material passes through the A-surface gravure printing mechanism (2), the oven (3), and the B-surface gravure printing mechanism (4) for processing before being wound at the roll winding mechanism (5). The A-surface gravure printing mechanism (2) and B-surface gravure printing mechanism (4) both comprise a resin storage container (21), a gravure cylinder (22), a gravure cylinder squeegee (23), a pressure-printing roller (24), an actuating roller (25), and a pressure-coating nozzle (26). The gravure cylinder (22) is provided opposite the resin storage container (21). The pressure-printing roller (24) and the gravure cylinder (22) are provided parallel to each other. A gap (6) exists between the pressure-printing roller (24) and the gravure cylinder (22). The gravure cylinder squeegee (23) contacts the gravure cylinder (22). The pressure-coating nozzle (26) corresponds to the actuating cylinder (25). The roll of material passes through the A-surface gravure printing mechanism (2) to print one surface before passing through the B-surface gravure printing mechanism (4) to print the other surface, thereby realizing double-sided printing of a roll of material.
