Abstract:
A double-station automatic glue dispensing robot and a glue dispensing method therefor, relating to the technical field of intelligent robots. According to the double-station automatic glue dispensing robot, a T-shaped sliding rail (7) is mounted on the upper surface of a base (1); because a vehicle body coil (705) is mounted at the bottom of a clamping piece (9), and two sides of a guide rail (701) are also provided with rail coils (703), after electrifying is performed, a magnetic field generated by the rail coils (703) is kept the same as the pole of an electromagnet generated by the vehicle body coil (705) at the bottom of the clamping piece (9), the effect that the like magnetic poles repel each other occurs between the rail coils and the vehicle body coil, and a repulsive force enables the clamping piece (9) to float; because permanent magnets (704) are mounted on two sides of a rail (702), the permanent magnets and the vehicle body coil (705) at the bottom of the clamping piece (9) act with each other to drive a workpiece on the clamping piece (9) to advance to a glue dispensing device (6); the clamping piece (9) is suspended by means of a magnetic pole attraction force and the repulsive force, and is moved by means of an attraction force, so that in a conveying process, the operation is stable, moreover, the noise is avoided, and the transmission speed is high.
