Abstract:
A dough kneading hook and a dough kneading machine using the dough kneading hook. The dough kneading machine comprises a main unit (3) and a dough kneading bowl (4) mounted on the main unit (3). A motor is disposed in the main unit (3). A driving shaft (5) is disposed at the center of the dough kneading bowl (4). The driving shaft (5) is connected to the motor and is driven by the motor to rotate. The dough kneading hook is detachably mounted on the driving shaft (5). An upper cover is connected to the dough kneading bowl (4). The dough kneading hook comprises a rotating frame (1) connected to the driving shaft (5) driving the dough kneading hook to rotate. A dough kneading rod (2) is disposed on each of two sides of the rotating frame (1). The two dough kneading rods (2) are oppositely disposed surrounding a rotation central line of the rotating frame (1). End portions of the dough kneading rods (2) spirally extend to a position below the rotating frame (1) and to an outer side of the rotating frame (1). One of the end portions of the dough kneading rods (2) gets closer to the rotation central line of the rotating frame (1) and is close to the bottom of the dough kneading bowl (4), and the other end portion is close to a side wall of the dough kneading bowl (4).
