Abstract:
In order to solve the technical problems of the insufficient strength of a draft sill structure and the large stress at the joint between a bolster web and a draft sill web in the existing draft and bolster structure of a railway tank car without a center sill, a draft and bolster structure of a railway tank car without a center sill is provided. In the draft and bolster structure, an arc-shaped end (1013) of a protrusion (10111) of a draft sill (1) is used to observe the connection between the draft sill (1) and a tank body, and an arc-shaped transition section (10112) and a straight-edged extension section (10113) on a side wing plate (1011) of each draft sill web (101) are used to realize smooth transition and straight-edged extension, reducing the stress concentration while supporting the tank body; a chamfered transition structure (10121) is used at the adjacent positions of a lower wing plate (1012) and the arc-shaped transition section (10112), so as to further reduce the stress concentration; and the thickness of the draft sill web (101) is greater than the thickness of the 310 Z shape steel, so that the strength and rigidity of the draft sill (1) are both improved, satisfying the bearing capacity requirements of a railway tank car without a center sill having a large volume and a large axle load.
