Abstract:
A dried bean curd mold pressing production device and method thereof. The device comprises a mold pressing apparatus and a cloth intermittent operation apparatus located on the side edge of the mold pressing apparatus. The mold pressing apparatus comprises a frame body, two parallel wrapping mechanisms are provided on the frame body and used for wrapping materials to be pressed, and a cover plate used for pressing the wrapping mechanism downwardly and a top plate used for abutting against the wrapping mechanism upwardly are respectively provided at the top and the bottom of the frame body. The cloth intermittent operation apparatus comprises a machine frame, and a roller set provided on the machine frame, a rotary cloth strip is wound on the roller set, and the cloth strip passes through the position between the two wrapping mechanisms.
