Abstract:
Disclosed is a drilling speed-raising device capable of producing double actions of hydraulic pulse and impact vibration. The device comprises an upper joint (1), a drilling tool body (2) and a lower joint (3). The upper end of the lower joint (3) is provided with a pressure-passing rod (4). A spring chamber (6) is formed among the drilling tool body (2), the pressure-passing rod (4) and the lower joint (3). A spring (7) is provided in the spring chamber (6). A communicating hole (8) is formed in the drilling tool body (2). The upper end of the pressure-passing rod (4) is provided with a piston (9). The upper end of the piston (9) is provided with a pressure-bearing head (10). A pressure-bearing base (11) is provided on the inner side of the upper joint (1). A booster chamber (12) is formed among the piston (9), the pressure-bearing head (10), the pressure-bearing base (11) and the upper joint (1). A main flow hole (14) and a side flow hole (15) which are communicated with the booster chamber (12) are formed in the pressure-bearing head (10). A first sliding sealing member (16) is provided between the piston (9) and the upper joint (1). The pressure difference is formed between the top end and the bottom end of the piston (9). According to the device, drill bit impact load and drilling fluid pulse jet are modulated by using longitudinal vibration energy of a drill stem, the rock breaking efficiency of a drill bit is improved under combined action of dynamic and static loads, and meanwhile, harm caused by vibration of the drill stem is reduced.
