Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a drip sheet that is used when storing meat, fish, and the like and that is capable of using hydrogen to prevent food deterioration. The drip sheet (1) according to the present invention comprises a hydrogen-generating material capable of generating hydrogen upon contact with water, and is capable of preventing food deterioration. This drip sheet (1) is preferably configured to comprise a perforated film and to be provided with an absorbent sheet (5) and a liquid-permeable sheet (3) that is equipped with a food placement surface (29) and a non-food-placement surface, wherein a hydrogen-generating material (31) is provided in the liquid-permeable sheet (3), while a portion of the hydrogen-generating material (31) is configured to be exposed from the food placement surface (29) of the liquid-permeable sheet (3).
