A driving device (10), comprising a first variable speed driving mechanism (11), a second variable speed driving mechanism (12), a first output half shaft (13) and a second output half shaft (14); the first variable speed driving mechanism (11) comprises a first reduction gear (110), a first planetary gear train (111) and a first braking mechanism (112); the second variable speed driving mechanism (12) comprises a second reduction gear (120), a second planetary gear train (121) and a second braking mechanism (122); the first planetary gear train (111) comprises a first sun gear (1110), a first gear ring (1111), a first planetary gear and a first planetary carrier (1112); the first reduction gear (110) is engaged with the first sun gear (1110); the first braking mechanism (112) is used for controlling the first gear ring (1111) to be locked or to be connected to the first planetary carrier (1112); the second planetary gear train (121) comprises a second sun gear (1210), a second gear ring (1211), a second planetary gear and a second planetary gear (1212); the second reduction gear (120) is engaged with the first sun gear (1210); the second braking mechanism (122) is used for controlling the second gear ring (1211) to be locked or to be connected to the second planetary carrier (1212); and the two output half shafts (13,14) can be jointed or separated.
