Abstract:
Provided is a vehicular driving force control device for giving no busy feel of
a speed change in a forward multistage automatic transmission. When a target
engine torque (TE*) and a target gear stage (GS*) are set by set means (120) on the
basis of a vehicular condition, the output torque of an engine (30) is controlled
to acquire the target engine torque (TE*), and the gear stage (GS) of the automatic
transmission (10) is controlled to acquire that target gear stage (GS*). When
a target drive force (FT*) can be achieved at an actual gear stage before the shift
to the target gear stage (GS*), the torque of the engine (30) is so controlled by
engine torque control means (13) that the target driving force (FT*) may be acquired
at that actual gear stage (GS). Therefore, the speed change for shifting the
automatic transmission (10) to the target gear stage (GS*) is not required for
the time being, so that the busy feel of the speed change is suppressed without
lowering the drive force of the vehicle.
