Abstract:
The present invention relates to a drone having a sub rotor. The present invention comprises: a drone body; a plurality of main rotors for generating flight driving force so that the drone body flies; one or more sub rotors for generating the flight driving force instead of the main rotor; a fault detection part for detecting a fault of the main rotor; and a control part for controlling a drive of the sub rotor to generate the flight driving force instead of the faulty main rotor when the fault of the main rotor is detected. According to the present invention, the drone can continue flight without falling due to the flight driving force of the sub rotor even when the fault of one or a part of the main rotor occurs in the drone in flight.
