Abstract:
Problem: to propose a device for depositing a droplet at a predetermined position on a workpiece. Solution: the droplet deposition device 10 proposed herein comprises a stationary wave generator 12 provided with ultrasound oscillators 12b, a droplet supply device 14 for supplying a droplet 15, a workpiece holding member 16 for holding a workpiece 17 in a predetermined space 12a, and a control device 18. The control device 18 executes a step A of forming via the stationary wave generator 12 a stationary wave 12c in the space 12a, a step B of supplying via the droplet supply device 14 the droplet 15 to a node 12c1 of the stationary wave 12c formed in the space 12a, and a step C of bringing close to one another the predetermined position of the workpiece 17 held by the workpiece holding member 16 and the node 12c1 of the stationary wave 12c whereto the droplet 15 has been supplied, to deposit onto the workpiece 17 the droplet 15 held by the node 12c1 of the stationary wave 12c.
