Abstract:
A drowsiness prediction device (1) comprises: a drowsiness numerical value acquisition unit (21) which acquires a drowsiness numerical value which represents the drowsiness of a driver of the host vehicle; a predicted change acquisition section (23) which acquires a predicted change in the drowsiness numerical value in the region in which the host vehicle is located; and a predicted value computation section (23) which computes a predicted value for the drowsiness numerical value in the region on the basis of the drowsiness numerical value and the predicted change. The predicted change is either a first predicted change (A1) which is computed on the basis of a change in the drowsiness numerical value when the host vehicle has traveled through the region, or a second predicted change (A2) which is statistically computed on the basis of the changes in the drowsiness numerical values of a plurality of vehicles which have traveled through the region.
