Abstract:
A drug loading monomolecular nano polymer, wherein a plurality of polyamino acid chains are constructed, by means of a divalent platinum-containing linker (LPt), into a nonlinear framework, the terminal of at least one polyamino acid chain is linked to a hydrophilic polymer chain, the platinum atoms in the LPt participate in forming a platinum drug unit, and a side group of a polyamino acid chain is optionally grafted with a second drug unit. The described drug loading monomolecular nano polymer can be used as a prodrug, and can constitute a micelle or drug delivery system. The present invention further relates to a preparation method and a use.
