Using an easy operation that can be carried out with a simple structure, this drug transfer kit connects a syringe barrel with a drug container through a closed system, adjusts the gas pressure within the drug container through the closed system using a volume-variable third member connected to a first member, and transfers a drug between the syringe barrel and the drug container through the closed system via a first hollow needle member and a second hollow needle member in the closed system. Moreover, the drug transfer kit connects the syringe barrel, to which the drug was transferred, with an infusion solution container or an infusion solution set through the closed system, and transfers the drug between the syringe barrel and the infusion solution container or the infusion solution through the closed system via the first hollow needle member and a fourth hollow needle member or a hollow member in the closed system. The first to fourth members are easily and reliably connected by a fitting mechanism, said hollow needle members penetrate the elastic members of each member while said elastic members connect to and abut one another, and the hollow needle members are inserted into the hollow needle members or the hollow member.
