Abstract:
This drug verification device (10) is provided with a registered image acquisition unit (12) which acquires a registered image of a drug on the basis of prescription information (22), a verification image acquisition unit (14) which acquires a verification image of the drug to be verified, a similarity degree calculation unit (16) which calculates the degree of similarity between the registered image acquired by the registered image acquisition unit (12) and the verification image acquired by the verification image acquisition unit (14), and which calculates, for each partition region, the similarity degree of the partial images of the multiple partition regions of the registered image and the verification image, and a determination unit (18) which, on the basis of the lowest of the similarity degrees calculated by the similarity degree calculation unit (16), determines whether or not the drug shown in the registered image is the same type as the drug shown by the verification image.
