Claims:
CLAIMS It is the washing machine drum middle shaft (5) located on the cylinder axis starting from the center of the rear circular plate (3) of the washing machine drum (A) made of stainless steel in the form of a cylinder and reaching the front plate (4); it has a drum middle shaft cover (6) and its drum middle shaft cover screws (7) in the front part of the washing machine, which makes the same direction with the drum (A), provides wear on textile materials thanks to the abrasive material (51) on it. It is a drum middle shaft (5) as in Claim 1, and it is characterized by; a natural or artificial abrasive material (51) coating or being attached to it. It is a drum middle shaft (5) as in Claim 2; the abrasive material on it does not rotate idly, that is, it has parallel flat cross-section surfaces (52) so that the drum rotates in the same direction with the middle shaft (5). It is a drum middle shaft (5) as in Claim 1 or 2; it has the feature of being an ecological and sustainable process by ensuring that textile materials are corroded with only a little hot water in the washing machine drum (A).

This invention; In textile washing machines, it is related to the drum middle shaft for the washing machine, which enables the abrasion of textile materials to be carried out with the rotational torque.

Known State of the Art

In the textile industry, many abrasion methods such as attrition, sanding, grinding, aging and laser beam applied to denim fabrics are used to reveal a wide variety of appearance and touch of textile materials. The purpose of these abrasion methods used on all textile materials, especially on denim fabrics, is to give an effect, that is, to give the appearance of being worn out.

The most common type of etching process is the grinding process with materials such as perlite, stone dust (pumice stone dust), and pumice stone, which are generally used in textile washing machines, which are much larger than household washing machines. Today, these stone, powder, or stone derivatives are available both naturally and artificially. The effect of the textile material is achieved by the rotation effect of the drums of the textile washing machine, by throwing the necessary chemicals and pumice stone, which is generally used to make the abrasion process, into it.

The article with the patent number CN108642928A contains information on how to grind products made of denim fabric. The process of removing effects by etching is explained with all stages such as wetting, desizing, polishing, decoloring, neutralizing using water, chemicals, and pumice stone. Here, with the pumice and chemicals used together, a waste in the form of semi-liquid semi-solid slime is formed, which is very harmful to the environment, and it is so hard and costly to treat or recycle. The article with the patent number JPH06316858 is about ensuring that the denim product gets an effect and a soft touch by washing with a synthetic brush and also reduces the wastewater treatment cost. The synthetic nylon-derivative brush helps to give effect, ie abrasion, while it does not produce any waste and does not pollute the water, thus reducing treatment costs. Also, damage to the drum and noise due to impact is prevented.

Purpose of the invention

The purpose of this invention is to achieve the effect of textile products by using only very little hot water and by using natural or artificial abrasive material on the drum middle shaft of the washing machine thanks to the rotational moment.

Besides, this invention aims to be an ecological and sustainable process with minimum waste on the environment by performing the effect of textile products with very little hot water thanks to the drum middle shaft.

Description of the invention

The drum middle shaft (5), which is the subject of the invention, in its most basic form includes;

Washing machine drum (A) is in the form of a cylinder, side wings (2) connecting two of the side edges (1) and side edges (1)

A circular stainless steel rear circular plate (3) that covers the rear of the cylinder formed by the combination of the side edges (1) and side wings (2)

The drum is made of cylindrical stainless steel material that comes with four side edges (1) and four side wings (2) in a perforated structure to allow liquid passage. One rear circular plate (3) and one front circular cover plate with the gap (4) are available without a hole (Figure 1).

There is a drum middle shaft (5) extending the wing length from the rear circular plate (3) to the front circular plate with the gap (4) (Figure 2).

Drum middle shaft (5) consists of a drum middle shaft cover (6) and four cover screws (7) at the front, rotating in the same direction with the cylindrical drum that extends from the rear circular plate (3) to the front circular cover hollow plate (4). Natural or artificial abrasive material (51) can be coated or mounted on the cylinder-shaped drum middle shaft (5) made of stainless steel material (Figure 3).

The abrasive materials are attached to the place between the drum middle shaft cover (6), starting from the circular marked area (31) on the rear circular plate (3) and covering the drum middle shaft (5) completely (Figure 4).

For the abrasive material (51) to rotate together with the drum middle shaft (5), there are flat section surfaces (52) parallel to each other on the drum middle shaft (5). Thus, the drum middle shaft (5) rotates the abrasive material (51) on its axis with the rotational movement it makes on its axis (Figure 5). Application of the Invention to Industry

The drum middle shaft, which serves the above-mentioned purposes, can be produced by textile washing machine manufacturers and can be used in the textile washing sector and is in the ecological and sustainable process class, and is applicable to the industry with minimum waste to the environment.
