Abstract:
An apparatus for dry-aging meat comprises: a main body provided with at least one opening/closing door and having an inner space for accommodating an object to be dry-aged and stored; at least one circulating fan, installed at an acceleration point of air circulating inside the main body, for accelerating the flow of the air on the basis of input information input from the outside; a water tank, installed at a position for humidifying the air accelerated by the circulation fan, for storing water for humidifying the air; an air curtain for forming an air barrier along the flow of the air so as to prevent the air from escaping to the outside through the opening/closing door; and a control unit for controlling the operation of the circulation fan on the basis of input information input from the outside.
