Abstract:
A dry box and a control method therefor, and a preparation method for an organic electroluminescent device. The dry box comprises a cavity (10) and a hot plate (20) arranged in the cavity (10); the hot plate (20) comprises a plurality of heating spots (21); the heating spots (21) are arranged facing the surface, used for bearing a device to be dried (30), of the hot plate (20); the temperature of the plurality of heating spots (21) can be controlled independently, or the temperature of some heating spots (21) can be controlled synchronously; the heating spots (21) are heat-insulated from one another. The control method comprises controlling a heating temperature of each of the plurality of heating spots (21), so that each pattern to be dried in the device to be dried (30) has the same evaporation rate in the dry box. The preparation method for an organic electroluminescent device comprises forming patterns to be dried of an organic electroluminescent device on a substrate, and placing, in an aligned manner, the substrate formed with the patterns to be dried on the hot plate (20) of the dry box for drying. According to the dry box and the control method therefor, an organic thin film can be dried uniformly, and according to the preparation method, an organic electroluminescent device capable of uniform light emitting can be prepared.
