Abstract:
A dry granule ceramic tile from wet-method slurry spraying processing and a preparation method therefor, comprising: after applying a surface glaze and printing pattern on a green body, spraying a dry granule glaze, and then firing to obtain a ceramic tile; the dry granule glaze comprises the following by mass percentage: dry granule A: 15%, dry granule B: 12%-15%, and dry granule C: 13%-17%; the softening temperature of the dry granule A is 1135°C-1175°C, the softening temperature of the dry granule B is 980°C-1050°C, and the softening temperature of the dry granule C is 1020°C-1127°C. The used frit dry granules employ a combination of three dry granules having different melting points. By employing the described combination means, the effective adjustment of tile shape and firing temperature during production is facilitated.
