Abstract:
Disclosed are a dry waste paper pulp and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises: (1) dispersing packed waste paper and removing light and heavy impurities mixed into the waste paper by means of dry screening; (2) removing iron from the waste paper screened in step (1); (3) shredding the waste paper processed in step (2); (4) carrying out magnetic separation on the waste paper shredded in step (3), and then performing kneading and devillicating on the waste paper while adding water during the kneading and devillicating process to prepare a dry paper pulp; and (5) pressing and packing the dry paper pulp of step (4). According to the preparation method for the dry waste paper pulp, the amount of water used can be reduced; a crushing additive is not needed; the situation in which the quality of the paper pulp is reduced due to the fact that ink or a pigment is bonded and deposited on fibers again after prolonged crushing can be prevented; the production cost, the environmental pollution and the energy consumption can be reduced; and the quality of the paper pulp can be improved.
