Abstract:
A drying device for manufacturing plastic products, the drying device comprising a base (2), a water storage tank (4) and a drying box (10). The water storage tank (4) is fixedly arranged on the base (2). Two supporting columns (6) are symmetrically arranged on the water storage tank (4). Left and right side walls of the drying box (10) are both installed between the two supporting columns (6) in a vertically slidable manner by means of sliding blocks (11). Side walls of the drying box (10) are of a hollow interlayer structure. Four rotary disks (12) are symmetrically and rotationally embedded in front and rear side walls of the drying box (10), wherein by means of bearings, two rotary cylinders (13) are rotationally installed between any two rotary disks (12), which are symmetrical front and back, in two groups of rotary disks. Each rotary cylinder (13) is annularly provided with a plurality of stirring rods (14) at equal intervals and is provided with a plurality of rows of air outlets (28) in an embedded manner. A hot air blower (24) is fixedly installed on one of any two rotary disks (12), which are symmetrical front and back, in two groups of rotary disks. In the device, plastic particles are continuously stirred, such that the plastic particles are efficiently and evenly heated and can be rapidly dried. Therefore, the device has a high efficiency and a good effect, and the overall quality of subsequent plastic products is guaranteed. The present invention has good economic benefits and practical significance.
