Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a drying treatment device into which gas mixed with a specific component is introduced through a system different from a stirring or hot air system, and which makes an object to be treated react with the gas in addition to drying the object and can also be used for waste treatment or food manufacturing. [Solution] This drying treatment device A is configured from: a housing 1 which has a cylindrical shape with a bottom having a thermal insulation structure, has a high-temperature atmosphere formed therein, and is provided with a lid body 2 on an opening thereof; a cylindrical drum 3 with a bottom which supports a rotating shaft in a bottom surface section of the housing, is rotated while having a predetermined separation space 4 from an inner circumferential surface of the housing, and has spiral inner circumferential blades 34 on the inner circumferential surface thereof; an air blowing pipe 6 which passes through the inside of the rotating shaft of the drum, has one end side thereof fixedly disposed on the cylindrical center of the drum, has the other end side thereof extending to the outside of the housing to be connected to an air blowing means; a plurality of nozzle pipes 63 which are disposed on a side surface of the air blowing pipe and have a plurality of jetting holes, and the inside of which communicates with the air blowing pipe; a circulating pipe 22 providing communication from the opening of the drum to the separation space; and a jack device 8 inclining the entire housing by lifting the lid body side.
