Abstract:
A dual-axis automatic tracking system able to track the sun, comprising a controller, a main drive element, and a solar panel support frame (5); the main drive element comprises a driven beam (1), a driving beam (2), and two connecting rods (3) fixed below the solar panel support frame (5), said two connecting rods (3) being disposed at either end of the driving beam (2) and being connected to the driving beam (2) by means of axis pins; the other ends the connecting rods (3) are respectively connected by means of axis pins to two support pads on the driven beam (1); the driving beam (2) is provided with a drive device (4); the controller controls the drive device (4) to move, the drive device (4) drives the driving beam (2) to rotate and, by means of transmission of the two connecting rods (3), drives the driven beam (1) to rotate, thus allowing the solar panel support frame (5) to rotate so as to maintain an angle perpendicular to solar energy irradiation. The system is structurally simple, stable, able to adapt to various inclement environments, and can thus be widely applied in the field of solar tracking systems.
