Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a dual-channel heat exchange unit having combined enhanced heat transfer functions and a heat exchanger thereof. The dual-channel heat exchange unit comprises a heat exchange tube assembly and a sleeve assembly, the sleeve assembly comprises a sleeve and an end plate, the sleeve cooperates with the end plate to form a closed cavity, and an intermediate heat transfer fluid is provided in the cavity of the sleeve assembly; the heat exchange tube assembly comprises a heat medium tube and a refrigerant tube arranged axially in parallel in the sleeve assembly; the heat medium tube is located below the refrigerant tube, the heat medium tube is partially immersed in the intermediate heat transfer fluid and partially exposed out of the intermediate heat transfer fluid, the refrigerant tube is located above the level line of the intermediate heat transfer fluid, the tube surface of the exposed portion of the heat medium tube and the refrigerant tube are in abutted contact or there is a micro gap therebetween, and the micro gap E is less than or equal to 10 mm. The present invention has combined heat exchange functions of boiling-condensation circulation heat transfer, evaporation-condensation circulation heat transfer and near-wall heat conduction, significantly enhancing the heat transfer of medium in tubes.
