Abstract:
A flywheel used for an automobile engine, which specifically relates to a dual-mass flywheel and an alignment method therefor in a balance processing procedure. The dual-mass flywheel comprises: a primary flywheel (1) that is used for connecting to an engine crankshaft; a secondary flywheel (2) that is disposed so as to be spaced apart from the primary flywheel (1) in the axial direction; a hub core (6) that is used for connecting to an input shaft of a transmission, the hub core (6) being fixed to the secondary flywheel (2), and the diameter of a central hole (61) of the hub core being greater than the diameter of a central hole (11) of the primary flywheel (1); and a spacing plate (5) that is located between the primary flywheel (1) and the secondary flywheel (2), the spacing plate (5) being fixed to the hub core (6), and the diameter of a central hole (51) of the spacing plate (5) being smaller than the diameter of a central hole (11) of the primary flywheel. As such, even though the diameter of the central hole of the primary flywheel of the dual-mass flywheel is smaller than the diameter of the central hole of the hub core, a workstation need not be additionally developed so as to turn over the dual-mass flywheel, and an existing alignment method may be used to cause the dual mass flywheel to be aligned by means of the primary flywheel and the spacing plate, thereby saving a lot of time and costs in developing new workstations.
