Abstract:
A dual-needle chain sewing machine, comprising a sewing machine body (1) and a needle assembly (2). The sewing machine body (1) is provided with a horizontal rotating shuttle (11) and a cutter presser foot (12). The needle assembly (2) is vertically connected to a machine head of the sewing machine body (1), a power input end is connected to a power shaft rod (13) of the sewing machine body (1), and the needle assembly (2) is provided with two needle rods (20) that are distributed at intervals in a front-rear direction of the sewing machine body (1). A rotating thread-hooking frequency of the horizontal rotating shuttle (11) is twice the up-down lifting frequency of the power shaft rod (13). The two needle rods (20) have a needle retracted state where both stop above the cutter presser foot (12), and also have a sewing state of up-down alternating movement. In the sewing state, the horizontal rotating shuttle (11) sequentially hooks surface threads of the two needle rods (20). In the present dual-needle chain sewing machine, the two needle rods can be respectively matched with the horizontal rotating shuttle to form two overlapped suture lines that are independently formed, such that the sewing strength is improved, the two suture lines can be highly overlapped, and the sewing appearance quality is good.
