Abstract:
A dual-stage combined magnetic separator, comprising a rack (10a), a belt magnetic separation mechanism (20a) used for roughing of mineral raw materials, and a roller magnetic separation mechanism (30a) used for cleaning of rough concentrates. Dual-stage magnetic separation that meets different process requirements can be achieved through the combined arrangement of the belt magnetic separation mechanism (20a) and the roller magnetic separation mechanism (30a). The dual-stage combined magnetic separator can continuously perform roughing-cleaning or roughing-scavenging, and qualified concentrates and tailings can be obtained by one-time continuous separation of mineral raw materials. The magnetic separator is compact in overall structure, reasonable in layout, and easy to operate, and can effectively reduce the production cost. Also disclosed is a dry grinding and separation system for magnetic mineral.
