Abstract:
Disclosed is a dual-structured filament comprising: a bar-shaped core; and a sheath in the center of which the core is embedded, wherein the core comprises a circular bar-shaped central part and one or more radial wings around the perimeter of the central part. The filament according to the present invention comprises core and sheath made of differing materials, and has high strength and durability as well as superb flexibility and elasticity to thus reduce irritation and damage to the gums from tooth brushing and double the effectiveness thereof.
