Abstract:
Disclosed is a ductile adhesive wet tissue hydrogel dressing box, comprising two components stored separately, wherein component A is hydrogel formed by crosslinking sodium alginate and acrylamide, and component B is a bonding solution prepared from a coupling agent, a linking agent and a buffer solution as raw materials. The hydrogel dressing box is convenient to use. With component B added, the hydrogel dressing has a significantly improved adhesion performance, and has very high adhesion strength on the surface of skin and the surface of wet tissue in vivo without being easily detached, meeting clinical requirements. Moreover, the hydrogel dressing box has excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility, and is degradable. The hydrogel dressing has a water content up to 86% so as to load a large amount of a drug and provide a good environment for tissue healing to promote tissue healing. The hydrogel dressing box solves problems such as poor wound treatment effects and non-degradability of traditional dressings, also solves the problem of a poor adhesive property of a new-type dressing, and can further be applied to tissues in the body, having wide application prospects.
