Abstract:
The present utility model discloses a dumbbell, comprising a grip and two counterweight mechanisms. The grip comprises a middle tube, two telescopic rods slidingly fitted with the middle tube, and a linear driving mechanism arranged on the middle tube. The linear driving mechanism is used for controlling the two telescopic rods to move closer to or away from each other. The two counterweight mechanisms are symmetrically distributed at the two ends of the middle tube. Each counterweight mechanism comprises a plurality of dumbbell pieces coaxial with the telescopic rods. A fastening assembly is arranged between every two adjacent dumbbell pieces. The fastening assemblies are used for preventing two adjacent dumbbell pieces moving towards each other in the axial direction. When the telescopic rods are controlled by means of the linear driving mechanism to extend into a mounting hole of one or more dumbbell pieces, a corresponding number of dumbbell pieces are mounted to the two ends of the middle tube by means of the telescopic rods. The present dumbbell has advantages of having adjustable weight and being convenient to use.
