A first dummy shaft (50) includes: an inner shaft element (51) which has an inner screw portion at one end in the axial direction and traverses shaft holes in two step links; and an outer shaft element (71) which has an outer screw portion at one end in the axial direction, rotatably supports a roller (32), and has an outer stopper joined to the outer peripheral surface thereof, which is further outward than a rotation support portion of the roller (32), with the outer stopper facing the outer surface of the rotation support portion. When the outer and inner screw portions are joined together, the inner and outer shaft elements (51), (71) are integrated in a separable manner. On the inner side and the outer side of the inner shaft element (51) relative to the step links, an inner stopper (56) and a stopper pin (61) are joined so as to oppose, respectively, the inner surface and the outer surface of the step links. A step surface formed on the outer peripheral surface of the outer shaft element faces the inner surface of the rotation support portion of the roller (32).
