Abstract:
Disclosed is a dust-reducing processing device for preparing powdered formulation ingredients, relating to the field of feedstuff preparation equipment. According to a technical solution, the device comprises a housing, wherein a crushing mechanism, a pulverization mechanism, and a main collection box are sequentially arranged from top to bottom in the housing, a feed port is provided on the top of the housing, and air ducts are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the housing. One end of each air duct is disposed on a side of the crushing mechanism and the other is disposed on a side of the pulverization mechanism, and an air intake component and a secondary collection box are provided on each air duct. The beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows: the crushing mechanism and the pulverization mechanism are integrated so as to directly pulverize materials into powder, and a dust-reducing mechanism provided in the present solution can minimize dust generated during the manufacturing process. Moreover, three layers of crushing components in the present solution enable the integrated machine to have sufficient crushing power.
