Abstract:
The present invention discloses a preparation method for a dust-removal and denitration integrated inorganic membrane tube, comprising: dissolving copper salt and iron salt in ethanol at a feeding molar ratio of 1:1-3:1 to obtain an impregnation liquid; adding alumina powder into the impregnation liquid for impregnation, performing shear type ultrasonic stirring for a certain period of time, and then drying, roasting, grinding and sieving to obtain catalyst particles loaded with copper and iron active components; spin-coating the catalyst particles on the surface of a tubular supporter for inorganic membrane by means of a spin coating equipment, taking out the spin-coated tubular supporter and performing high-temperature sintering to obtain a dust-removal and denitration integrated inorganic membrane tube. The present invention further discloses a specific structure of spin coating equipment used in the preparation method and a dust-removal and denitration integrated inorganic membrane tube prepared by the described method.
