Abstract:
A dust removal and fluff removal apparatus for garment cloth processing, comprising a dust prevention box (1), an ironing adjustment module and a dust suction cover (22); the lower side of the right end of the dust prevention box (1) is provided with a right fixed plate (2), and the lower side of the left end of the dust prevention box (1) is provided with a left fixed plate (3); the lower ends of the right fixed plate (2) and the left fixed plate (3) are each provided with a moving wheel (4); the upper ends of the right fixed plate (2) and the left fixed plate (3) are each provided with a bearing seat (5); the upper end of the right fixed plate (2) is rotationally connected to a raw material rod (6) by means of the bearing seat (5), and the upper end of the left fixed plate (3) is rotationally connected to a receiving roller (9) by means of the bearing seat (5); the front end of the receiving roller (9) is provided with a first driven wheel (10); the front side of the upper end of the left fixed plate (3) is provided with a servo motor (11); the upper side of the left end of the dust prevention box (1) is provided with the ironing adjustment module; and the top end at the interior of the dust prevention box (1) is connected to the dust suction cover (22) by means of a hanging frame. The present apparatus has good stability, and the transport and mounting of materials is convenient; the lower end surface and the upper end surface of cloth can be cleaned simultaneously, and cloth can be cleaned efficiently and thoroughly; the device has good sealing performance, so as to avoid polluting the environment; moreover, the tension of cloth can be adjusted while double-side ironing is performed, thus improving the quality and appearance of rolled cloth.
