Abstract:
Disclosed is a dyeing method for cationic dyeable polyester/polyester/nylon/spandex fabrics, comprising the following steps of: (1) immersing a fabric into a first dyeing liquid containing a refined emulsifier, disperse dye and cationic dye, adding an acid into the first dyeing liquid to adjust the pH to 4.0-5.5, and processing the fabric at a temperature of 120-135℃ for 20-60 minutes; (2) carrying hot washing, reduction clearing and acid neutralization on the fabric processed after the step (1); (3) immersing the fabric processed after the step (2) into a second dyeing liquid containing an acid dye, adding an acid into the second dyeing liquid to adjust the pH to 4.0-7.0 and processing the fabric at a temperature of 90-105℃ for 20-60 minutes; and (4) carrying out water washing on the fabric processed in the step (3)at a room temperature, draining the liquid and then carrying out acidic color fixing. By using the method, outstanding color fastness and quality is achieved; dyeing time is shortened; water consumption and energy consumption is saved.
