Abstract:
Disclosed are a dyeing method and device with a splash-proof structure for a polyester chemical fabric textile, which belong to the technical field of textile dyeing. The method comprises the following step: pretreatment before dyeing, wherein a polyester fabric to be dyed is firstly placed into a cleaning machine; when the water level reaches 13%-17%, a laundry detergent and an oxygen bleaching powder are added therein; subsequently, when the water level reaches 15%-20%, heating is performed, such that the water temperature rises to 30ºC-45ºC, and at this time a washing rotating speed of the cleaning machine is 30-40 r/min; and after the cleaning is completed, the polyester fabric is dehydrated, and then the above operations are continuously repeated, and the cleaning is repeated three times. According to the dyeing method with a splash-proof structure for a polyester chemical fabric textile, by setting a pretreatment process before dyeing, grease, dust and pigments generated on the surface of the polyester fabric in a production process can be cleaned, so as to avoid various dyeing defect problems, such as color marks and color spots, during dyeing caused by unthorough cleaning when dyeing the polyester fabric, which ensures a normal dyeing quality of the polyester fabric.
