Abstract:
A dyeing method for level dyeing of cloth. The method comprises: A: dyeing solution preparation: a dyeing solution comprises a dye solution and an additive solution, materials are dissolved using soft water respectively according to the requirements of a dyeing process, and are mixed well and then stored in a storage tank for later use; B: dyeing solution conveying: the dye solution and the additive solution are mixed at a ratio of 3:2 and then inputted into a chassis, the temperature being 18-35°C; C: padding in dyeing solution: cloth fabrics are continuously and smoothly dipped in the dyeing solution in the chassis to absorb the dyeing solution, and then are rolled up; D: stacking: after rolling up, the obtained cloth fabric rolls are immediately covered with a thin film tightly together with shaft heads, and then are stacked in a rotating state for 5-24 hours, the rotation speed being 4-8 r/min and the ambient temperature being 15-35°C. The method has the advantages of steam saving, additive saving, a high utilization rate of dye, less dyeing wastewater, and environmental friendliness, and is better than conventional dyeing methods both in the permeability and levelness of dyeing of fabrics and in fabric flatness.
