Abstract:
A dynamic sleep improvement method comprises: acquiring a correspondence between a first time point and a first sleep state within a first predetermined time period before a current time of a user; determining an environmental parameter adjustment time point according to the correspondence between the first sleep state and the first time point, wherein the environmental parameter adjustment time point corresponds to a starting point of a second predetermined time period before the first time point of the current day; and adjusting, at the environmental parameter adjustment time point, the temperature of a user scenario to be a first environmental parameter corresponding to the first sleep state. The invention enables a user to enter a first sleep state as soon as possible on the basis of an adjusted temperature, that is, to advance the time point at which the user enters the first sleep state, and therefore if there is no change to the wake-up time, the user's sleep can be effectively improved, while also avoiding issues associated with drugs such as side effects or dependence. In addition, the invention can perform adjustment according to the user's own state.
