Abstract:
An ear loop attachment device comprises a loop cord feeding component(100) for feeding a continuous straight loop cord(10) along a first direction(A), an adhesive tape feeding component(200) for feeding a continuous adhesive tape along the first direction(A), an airflow component(300) for generating an airflow in a second direction(B) which is perpendicular to the first direction(A) for deflecting the continuous straight loop cord(10) to form a corresponding U-shape loop(30), the U-shape loop(30) is transferred along the first direction(A) with mask bodies(40) subsequently sticked onto the adhesive tape(20) which has already been sticked with the U-shape loop(30). Very surprisingly, the ear loop attachment device using the airflow component(300) as the continuous U-shape loop forming unit is a very low cost set-up that can achieve a relatively high speed continuous loop forming task with the incor-poration of a simple air stream without the use of any complex and high cost of control system.
