Abstract:
Provided are an earplug preparation material capable of releasing negative ions, a soundproof earplug made of a PU material and a preparation method therefor. The preparation material comprises 40-60 parts by weight of an isocyanate prepolymer and 40-60 parts by weight of a negative ion mixture, wherein the negative ion mixture comprises 7-13 parts by weight of a negative ion powder, 35-50 parts by weight of purified water, and 45-60 parts by weight of an acrylate emulsion. Compared with the prior art, the earplug made of a negative ion PU (polyurethane) material causes no pollution to the environment since no volatile solvent is added during the production process; when being used, same can emit negative ions into the surroundings, and same are easily absorbed by a human body, thus increasing the value of the earplugs; and when worn for a long time, it is easy for the human body to absorb the negative ions emitted by the earplug, and the negative ions penetrate through the blood-brain barrier of the human body into the human body to exert the biological effects thereof, reduce the conditions of chest tightness, dizziness and fatigue, caused by a lack of negative ions, of the human body, and enhance the work efficiency and improve the health condition.
