Abstract:
An easy open lid of a resin-coated metal plate having a metal base material coated
via a primer with a lubricant-containing biaxially oriented film, characterized
mainly in that the lubricant of the biaxially oriented film is in the form of spheres
of 0.5 to 2.5 μm average particle diameter and 1.0 to 1.2 average particle
diameter ratio (major axis/minor axis) and is contained in the biaxially oriented
film in a proportion of 0.05 to 0.5 wt.%. Thus, even when no top coat layer is provided,
there can be avoided molding tool damaging and film scratch attributed onto the
attachment and deposition of lubricant to molding tools. Further, as the resin
coating is applied onto the metal plate with high adhesion, there can be realized
high productivity and economic efficiency.
