Abstract:
An easy-separation mold for producing linkable blocks comprises a base frame (1), a lower mold (2), a first linear actuator (3), a first slider (4), a first slide rail (6), a second slide rail (7), and an upper mold (9). The lower mold (2) is mounted on an upper portion of the base frame (1). A lower portion of the lower mold (2) is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the base frame (1) by means of the first linear actuator (3). The first slide rail (6) is mounted on a left side of the lower mold (2). The left side of the lower mold (2) is slidably connected to the first slide rail (6) by means of the first slider (4). The second slide rail (7) is mounted on a right side of the lower mold (2). The right side of the lower mold (2) is slidably connected to the second slide rail (7) by means of the first slider (4). The upper mold (9) is mounted at an upper portion of the lower mold (2). The provided base frame (1), lower mold (2), first linear actuator (3), first slider (4), first slide rail (6), second slide rail (7), and upper mold (9) resolve problems that arise with manual mold separation, such as slow speeds and low efficiency, and the issue in which upper and lower molds are easily misaligned during the assembly process, which greatly affects product quality.
