Abstract:
An easy-to-clean greenhouse cover film material, comprising: a greenhouse cover film body, which serves as a substrate; and a highly compact nano thin film, which is formed of a polyphenol-metal complex and covers a surface of the greenhouse cover film body. An outer layer of an easy-to-clean greenhouse cover film is composed of a polyphenol-metal nano thin film, has good optical transmittance, and does not impair the optical performance of the original greenhouse cover film body; and the thin film has a small mass and good biocompatibility, does not corrode and damage surfaces of the greenhouse cover film and greenhouse cover glass, and can be used on a large scale. The prepared polyphenol-metal nano thin film can prevent dust from directly depositing on the surfaces of the greenhouse cover film and the greenhouse cover glass, and when the optical transmittance of the greenhouse cover film becomes poor due to the amount of dust deposition, the nano thin film, which is formed of plant polyphenol and metal ions, can be dissociated by spraying a cleaning agent and washing the film with fresh water, and the dust adhered to the nano thin film is entirely removed. Thus, the greenhouse cover film is easy to clean. The present invention further relates to a method for preparing the easy-to-clean greenhouse cover film material, and a cleaning method for the easy-to-clean greenhouse cover film.
