Abstract:

An easy-to-cut, high-barrier and anti-fog cover film, formed by carrying out co-extrusion compounding on a PP layer (1) or a PET-G layer (2), a first Tie layer (3), a first PA layer (4), a second PA layer (5) or an EVOH layer (6), a third PA layer (7), a second Tie layer (8), and a PE-AF layer (9) which are arranged in sequence. The first PA layer (4) and the third PA layer (7) are made of the same material, both comprise copolymerized polyamide of PA6 and PA66. The material of the second PA layer (5) comprises amorphous polyamide. Also provided is a method for manufacturing the cover film. The thin film has shrinkage stress by means of a double-pulling or multi-bubble method. By specially modifying the PA layer in the cover film, the cover film can implement different gas permeability according to different materials. Different gas transmission performances can be designed according to different shelf lives. After the shelf life expires, the puffed cover film can become flat so as to provide the shelf life warning effect. Moreover, by matching a formula and a processing technology, the cover film has high shrinkage stress, so that wrinkles and other traces can be slowly reduced until disappear during external pressing.
