Abstract:
An easy-to-install elevator frame, comprising upright posts and cross beams. Four cross beams are provided at connection parts of upper and lower upright posts; the upright posts are vertical corner profiles, and each vertical corner profile comprises vertical sections perpendicular to each other on two sides and a bent section connecting the two vertical sections; a connection groove is formed in the inner side of each bent section; and the upper and lower upright posts are positioned by means of a positioning post in the connection groove. The positioning posts and the connection grooves are provided, and the positioning posts may be inserted into the connection grooves, so that the upper and lower upright posts may be positioned and are convenient to install. Fixing platforms are provided, clamping grooves are formed in the fixing platforms, and wire fixing parts clamp wire rods in the fixing platforms by means of the clamping grooves, so that the fixing platforms are level and may be punched conveniently. The included angles between each fixing platform and the corresponding vertical sections are 45 degrees, so that a locking post may be conveniently inserted into the connection groove. In one respect, the fixing platforms may serve as containing cavities and facilitate installation of the wire rods, and in the other respect, the fixing platforms may serve as fixing cavities to fix the positioning posts by means of the locking posts. The design is ingenious.
