Abstract:

The present invention relates to an eco-friendly semi-non-combustible panel applicable to furniture and construction materials and a manufacturing method therefor, the method comprising the steps of: preparing melamine resin impregnated paper; laminating the prepared melamine resin impregnated paper on one surface or both surfaces of a coal ash panel; and compression-molding the laminated laminate, wherein the melamine resin impregnated paper is prepared by separately impregnating an overlay base paper, a glass fiber, and a base paper for a decoration paper with a melamine resin impregnating liquid, followed by drying, and wherein the laminating step is performed by sequentially laminating, on one surface or both surfaces of the coal ash panel, the prepared melamine resin impregnated overlay paper, melamine resin impregnated glass fiber, and melamine resin impregnated decoration paper, so that an eco-friendly semi-non-combustible panel can be manufactured that has semi-non-combustibility, flame resistance, fire resistance, rigidity, and a beautiful appearance, and therefore, the eco-friendly semi-non-combustible panel can be used as a substitute material for wood, interior finishing materials, and the like, and thus has the effect of reducing the risk of fire in a building.
