Abstract:
An edible spoon baking mold, comprising: an upper mold (1), a lower mold (2) and an upper mold pressing plate (3), wherein the upper mold (1) is arranged between the lower mold (2) and the upper mold pressing plate (3), a spoon-shaped protrusion is formed on one side, facing the lower mold (2), of the upper mold (1), the lower mold (2) is provided with a spoon-shaped mold cavity for accommodating the spoon-shaped protrusion, and the upper mold (1) is connected with the upper mold pressing plate (3) through an elastic part. In the edible spoon baking mold, the upper mold (1) is connected with the upper mold pressing plate (3) through the elastic part, in the baking process, the free expansion and shaping of food is completed by the elastic part between the upper mold (1) and the upper mold pressing plate (3), and the integrity of the upper surface of the food can be ensured.
